I just finished installing a TEIN Monoflex suspension w/ EDFC. The first power-up of the EDFC went just as expected: calibration than everything seemed alright with the adjustment and preset settings. The next day I started getting an ER error on the Front Wheels. I checked the motor and manually it rotates perfectly and also the wiring is ok (i checked the connections from the motor to the controller with an ohmmeter).

Did anybody have a similar problem with the EDFC and found the solution for it?

i have edfc and no problems

 

solved! Turned out to be an imperfect contact in one of the connectors.
