Default Alignment Advice

Going to get an alignment tomorrow. I've got an 03' S lowered on KWV3's and a Saner front bar set at the middle setting. My research shows that I should go with UK specs, but I can't seem to find them. Any advice would be greatly recommended. I'm also running AP2 OEM sized tires on 17" rims. Driving style- Mostly spirited driving with a few auto x's thrown in.
Thanks

-1.5 front camber or max - camber
max caster
-2.3 camber rear or max - camber
1/4 toe in rear

0 toe front

I run mostly track car but -2 front camber max caster -3 camber rear 1/4 toe in rear 0 toe front , with saner bar on 2nd hole with 12kg springs f/ r . 255s NT01s all around . I need more front camber but for now tire ware is good .

UK spec isn't agressive enough for Autocross. with OEM sized tires -2F,-3R is probably too agressive. Your original recommendation is probably a better idea.

Go with the UK Spec, you will LOVE IT. It's like driving a completely different car.

I'm running:
-1 1/2 front camber
-2 1/2 rear camber
0 toe
6.0 caster

That is my sweet spot...I've experimented several times with different setups going as far as -3 1/2 degrees camber and as little as stock.

BTW, JSwhaler, I'm on KW V3 as well. What settings do you have yours on? I've tuned mine to a 6 in the front(recommended 9 in the manual) and 13 in the rear(recommended 15 in the manual). The rebound is set to 1 1/2 turns(double of 3/4 recommended setting). Very stable and handles like a dream. Everyone who drives and rides in my car can't stop commenting how smooth my car rides. Yet handles like a mofo on demand.
