Tein Mono Flex problems with height adjustment
What I've done so far:
-Put them on
-Preloaded them
-Torque the nuts
-Adjusted the coil-overs so that it matches with the specifications
-Put wheels back on
-Manual says to checck the height by measuring the center of the wheel to the top of the fender.
Specs are
FL: 340mm FR: 340mm
RL: 335mm RR: 335mm
What I currently have
FL: 340mm FR: 340mm
RL: 345mm RR: 336mm
Drove it for 2 days to see if it changes but it didn't.
Problem 1 is that the specified length of the coil-overs matches the Tein manual yet the height is different?
Problem 2 is that I can't seem to lower the RL anymore and I'm quite positive it can be lowered more but it won't turn anymore after lowering another 2mm. Maybe it's stuck? Should I just remove the lower part of the coil-over from the car and twist it to see if that works?

Raise both rears a bit, you don't have to be exact with their recommendations, there is some flexibility. Most kits have the rears higher than the fronts, so it won't hurt to raise yours up a bit. When you sit in the car the rears drop quite a bit, on my car the rears will drop 10mm with me in the car (220 lbs) so it doesn't hurt having a bit more height on the rears.

Well, true that. I'm just worried about my rear right side being 1 centimeter higher than my rear left side. I've tracked my car stock 8 times and recently decided to go with my first mod. I feel like an extra centimeter of height on the rear right would put quite a bit of weight towards the left. Unless I'm just exaggerating and worrying too much?

That isn't really low at all. I have the mono flex and I slam mine before. Now it's raise up higher that your right there. I just change my height the other day and it was just simply as loosing to lock nuts and twisting it. Try a little bit of pb blaster to see it that helps.

I'll try that soon. It's so weird that the other 3 coilovers I can go much lower but that specific one I can't. So just spray the pb blaster on to the threads of the coilover body or whatever?
