i have megan tracks. IIRC they are rebuildable. they go extremely low if need be and handle nicely. i really don't think they're that bouncy. it depends on road conditions.
i have only had megan coilovers in my life, and also tokico illuminas/GC Setup but i'd imagine the koni is similar. you really can't go wrong with it.

People who say that cheap coil overs are great really haven't got any idea what they're talking about.
Stiff ride does not equal good handling. Period.
It's like comparing a Hungry Man steak dinner to going out to a real restaurant and ordering a $60 filet mignon then saying the hungry man dinner is great because its still steak... It's simply not in the same league.
For $1500 you can buy a set of KWV3s LIGHTLY USED and blow away any of these entry level options that are available. The kwv3s will handle anything you throw at them, whether it's a daily driver, auto x, or road course. There's no reason to even consider any other option in this price range. Kwv3 is the benchmark in this bracket and a set with 3000-5000 miles on them can be had for $1300-$1500. Why would you even consider anything else?
