After speaking with Guy Ankeny and hearing about some of the Tein shock dynos he's done, I'd avoid them if given the option. I did have Tein Flex coilovers on my FG2 Civic and was happy with them, but that was my first set of coilovers. I was very happy with my Bilsteins on my last S2000 as a daily driver, and the KW V3s I have now definitely kick things up a notch. Stick with proven brands when it comes to shocks IMO.

s2kmiami69 stated this in another post..."from what i have read, kw does not recommend setting the rebound or compression at full stiff or full soft. so i guess one click from full soft for both rebound and compression all around would be your best bet for maximum comfort"
Can anyone with KWv3 confirm this statement? I have mine at full soft all the way to the left. I cant turn the allen anymore. So should I turn it 1 click to the right?

Thinking of getting any of these:
Tein Mono flex
BC BR type
and Buddy club RSDS very very soon
Any input on any of these systems would be greatly appreciated
I have the KW v3's and I am not liking them one bit.

Congrats guys on ruining your suspension and handling for under a grand. Last time I checked the s2000 was not a car based off the civic.
It's not about being a suspension snob. What the hell is the point of "upgrading" suspension when the parts you buy perform like crap compared to the oem dampers and springs that Honda engineers developed. I'm sure BC coils put the same kind of R&D that Honda did.
