Default Whats a better application?

Im looking to lower the car a bit. I was wondering if Springs or Coilovers are better. Any suggestions? What has a better ride quality? Do i need to replace shocks? Whats a good brand for the s2000? Any info would help. Thanks.

Are your long term goals just to lower the car? Define "a bit."

Yeah , just like to have a nice drop..to eliminate the the wheel well gap , and maintain a good ride.

I like the idea of a coilover since the dampening and spring are engineered to work together, and adjustability - but if you are going to set it and forget it then your spending money for nothing imo.

springs are cost affective and depending how many miles ur car has ur oem shocks would be fine.

eventually when u want more out of ur suspension u can upgrade to coilovers. but there is no sense of wasting money on something that u wont utilize to the max.
