Your thoughts on Tein Comfort Sport Coilovers
Hi Guys,
I've been doing some searches on Tein Comfort Sport Coilovers, but I haven't much in terms of reviews on the s2000 (mostly Lexus IS300 and Lexus ISF reviews). The reason I'm looking to replace my shocks is that one of my shocks is leaking and I have about 55K miles on the car. I figured I should try to upgrade while I'm changing them out. I mostly use my car for commuting and driving in the canyons on the weekends. For this reason, I was leaning towards the Tein Comfort Sport Coilovers with EDFC. Plus, a little drop in the car's stance would be nice too. I was thinking to use the EDFC on a softer setting for the weekly commute and stiffen up on the weekends for canyon runs. So my question is what do you guys think of your Tein Comfort Sport Coilovers?
Thanks!

I've never had them on my S before but on my GS300. My opinions were that they didn't drop low enough, way over priced ($1500 new 2 years ago), didn't feel as comfortable as everyone says they are.

I personally love mine. They ride is fairly smooth if you set them on soft, and firm enough for light track use or spirited road driving on full hard. I have 19in wheels so I run them on full hard all the time. I'm at about 40k miles on them now and they are holding up great, no problems at all. My opionion is there great.

I think they'll drop as much as you want. I could easily tuck the stock wheels under the fenders without maxing out the drop. If you actually like using the car for more than a yard ornament they will be fine.
