S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

81131-S2A-A61ZB (Bottom Cover, R)
81531-S2A-A61ZB (Bottom Cover, L)

I believe my upholstery shop can get by with just the skins but i'll consult with them before purchasing.
The part numbers you've listed do match the quote I posted from the Honda dealer.

The second image I posted was from the initial estimate performed by the insurance company's shop. That shop initially estimated $13,xxx or so worth of damage, for which Liberty Mutual cut me a check. Then a day later, Liberty Mutual called me and revised the estimate because they found errors in the initial estimate. They ultimately dropped it by around $1,400-1,800 and said anything over that could be addressed through the body shop of my choosing. Given the stupidity of the insurance company's body shop, I went out hunting for part numbers to ensure I didn't end up with 1996 Civic seats or something.

In the end, the part numbers from the Honda dealer quote are what were used to replace my seats. And those part numbers are in line with what you have already found. Incidentally, this was my source for seat part numbers. Note that this is for a 2009 CR, although I imagine the parts and their numbers are unchanged from 2008.

***UPDATE***

Drove down 200 miles to San Diego to pick up the OEM CR Hardtop from our resident S2000 salvager. The trip started out OK without the hardtop but after 100 miles i was over it and was hating life... The topdown life is just not for me.

The hardtop is in great shape and i got extra hardware for it. Here are pictures of the goodies i picked up the last few days.

1. CR OEM Hardtop

2. CR Radio Door

3. Swift Spec R Springs and OEM CR Exhaust
