The best time to probably buy would have been around 2010/ 2011, the '08 and '09's value had already depreciated, were still fairly low mileage cars and they hadn't gained the attention of interested parties.

I bought mine in June 2011, good price and only 11,000 miles.

I know a local S owner that said he was at a Honda dealer back in 2010 and they still had a brand new Apex Blue CR on the showroom floor. He said they were trying to sell it for $27k. Let's just say he now regrets not jumping in it. Lol

Recently sold my RYP 2008 CR w/ AC for 32K. Buyer did not negotiate and flew from LA to purchase with cash. I'm almost positive you could sell for more. People will pay premium for these cars.

I think he was at 18,000 miles or something around there.
