Default OEM Lug nut Torque

Just received my OEM black wheel locks today from Honda. Is the CR torque 110 N-m (80 ft-lb)?

Making sure it is torque properly for the installation. Thanks in advance for your help.

I believe it's 75-85ft-lb, or 80ft-lb just to be nominal.
