Understand (from my owners manual) that there is both a Service Manual and an "Electrical Troubleshooting Manual" for the '06 S2000. Are these available on line?

I want to sort out the (modified) stereo system in my recently purchased 2006, and would like to find stock head unit specs, plus stereo wiring diagram and radio removal instructions.

Since your car already has the OEM headunit then it's lkely not rewired at all, in this case, it's easiest to buy an adapter to plug into the stock harness instead of cutting the stock harness apart. If you do this, the adapter wires will be labels so it'll be easy for you to connect the right wires to the new HU that I just read you were going to put in.

For everything else, rewire it all and do it correctly unlike the previous owner.
