Default 18 pin keyless connector

Pardon me for being a fool with very little wiring experience.
I want to unlock the passenger door with one keypress, a la this thread . However, I have the factory alarm system and there is an intermediate 18 pin connector. Therefore, my wires are not the same color. I'm trying to count wire positions, but I don't know what the ordering is. I know that the passenger unlock wire is #18, the driver unlock is #7, but I don't know where #1 is! I have identified a lower gauge, plain white wire that I believe is the +12V power wire. If anyone could give me the wire # for that wire and instructions for counting the wires, I would be very appreciative! Pictures would be outstanding; I'm a visual learner.

The original connector that was plugged into the keyless module should still be near the module, as you probably figured out.

Looking at the wire side of the connector, (per the manual) with the beveled edges at top left and top right, First (top) row, left to right:
#1 is not used
2=grn/yel
3=orn
4=red/blk
gap for snap lock
5 = blk/yel
6=pnk/blk
7=yel/grn
8=wht

Second (bottom) row, left to right:
9=yel
10=yel/blk
11,12 not used
13=red/wht
14=blk/wht
15=wht
16=yel
17=blk
18=pnk/blu

Hope this helps...

Steve
