Default 2002 Honda s2000 Passanger window issues

Hi, I have a 2002 Honda s2000 and the Passanger window will not roll up or down with either the master switch on the driver's side, nor the passanger switch. I already made sure that the lockout button was not locked. I checked all of the fuses and they aren't blown. I have now taken off the door panels and tested for power at the pig tails coming to the door. There is a pig tail that has two wires going to it and are running to the window motor. When I test these wires, the result is that both wires read as a ground. I was able to operate the window to roll it up and down by using a power wire and running power and ground directly to that pig tail with a battery. I'm not sure what is causing the switches not to work and I was unable to find the location of the power window relay(s). Does anybody have any idea what going on? Id appreciate any help.

Did (+) side of those two wires does not read 12VDC, when you try the switch?
