Default AE86+f20c

So the engine is in, all my wires have been run, etc, etc.
My problem is after connecting all the stock wiring (I have the underhood and underdash fuse boxes and have connected both sets of wiring together).
Now when I turn the key to pos2 a charging indicator appears in the cluster gauge but it doesn't do the rpm test like I had it doing before I had it wired to what I thought as correct. But now that the rpm test doesn't happen and only this battery symbol appears my fuel pump that I wired now pressurizes the system when the key is turned to pos2.
Now I was under the impression that to do that the chip inside the key communicates with the immobilizer, then the ecm, then the fuel system, so it seems to be working, but when I click the start button NOTHING HAPPENS, no turning over, nothing.

Something must not be wired correctly any ideas?
Thanks!

Default Ae86 +f20c Starter wiring

Hi, there. I’m doing f20c swap on my Ae86. I come across this starter wiring. I’ve been told the yellow is the starter and the black is the ignition. Do you know where this wire go?
