Default 2004 S2000 Radio CD

You guys think the OEM Radio from 2004 S2000 will fit 2003 S2000? I know the radio from 2004 has extra plug for the AUX.
Thanks

Should...I know you can put the AP2 radios into an AP1 - many guys have done that to upgrade their OEM radios a bit. Best option is still to get an aftermarket HU with the dash control interface modification (like Modifrys).

All years' headunits are compatible with all years' s2000's, but not all head units are
compatible with add-ons such as the optional trunk-mounted CD changer or satellite radio
receivers.

Best is highly subjective no matter what the topic. I'd recommend that but it may not be best depending on one's specific goals, budget, etc.

Quite true, but for all intents and purposes, unless you are getting hardware and/or material for free, the best option is to upgrade the stock HU with an aftermarket one when all factors including cost and installation are looked at .
