what exactly did you do? u found that wire/antenna, clipped and just tie on it? where did u put the rest of it? got pics?
Clipped the little end cap off, stripped the wire back 3/4" and took a 24-36" piece of speaker wire, then connected the two with a wire nut.
Ran the wire back under the seat and then up along the back of the seat, and wrapped it around that little plastic hook behind the seat....
Working like a charm!!

you have that option in OEM optional alarm, you can neither have the alarm turn on but not lock the car OR you can have the alarm on and have it lock the car.
i think the delay is 30 second from the point you remove the key or from closing the door, i can't remember which.

No.
If your car is CURRENTLY LOCKED> and you unlock it, but fail to open the door withen a certain period of time. The car will relock the doors.

actually with my aftermarket alarm, i thought the auto arm/lock feature would be great. but i found that it sucks when you have to fill up at the pump.
i guess i could keep the key in the ignition while i pump. but i dont like the possibility of me being able to lock myself out of my car at a gas station....

The antenna wire that sticks out from the front of the control unit under the drivers seat is maybe 12-18" long. Just straightened it out and it reached maybe 3" past the front edge of the car seat.
Clipped the little end cap off, stripped the wire back 3/4" and took a 24-36" piece of speaker wire, then connected the two with a wire nut.

is it visible without pulling the seat out? do i need to pull the carpet a lilbit? where is it under the driver seat, near where the airbag sensor thing is? the lil connector to the seat
The Honda installation instructions (http://www.handa-accessories.com/S2000/s2ksecurity.pdf) show the antenna attached to a clip in front of the actual unit. Mine was not, which madfe it easy to pull it forward.
Look at the installation instructions link above to show placement....
