5 channel amps
Lots of Mfg's have a 5 channel solution these days.. From crap to very high end.
That's a pertty broad question.
I dont want to sound too crass, but have you done ANY research on your own???

Well, I am a pretty big fan of a/d/s/ in the amp department ...
If youre looking to make the sub really pump (im assuming that's what ch#5 is for) you may want to look into a two amp setup. I am installing an a/d/s/ p2110 (110x2 bridged to mono<280wx1>) and a pq10 to the front 4 (rated @ 40 x 4 but more accurately like 65x4)
they have a couple 6 channel amps that are configurable to 6/5/4/3/or 2 channel.
If ya look on ebay there are a few going for like 130 bucks.. they are last years models, but brand new.
If ya wanna look at their new stuff, you can see it at http://www.adst.com
specifically the
ph 30.2
p 650 and
p 850
Higher that that, is Macentosh, honestly i havn't even priced it, but they make home monoblock tube amps that go as pricy as 25 grand, so I just assumed those to be a bit out of reach. Not to mention silly for a convertable. (But, silly can be a lot of fun too!!)
Be careful if you are buying online however, as many online retailers are not authorized by the manufacturer, and that can lead to warrenty issues.
Well, I hope I was helpful.
Just out of curiosity, what are you using for the rest of the components (speakers, HU, etc...)
cheers!

I have the JL 500/5 and I feel it is well suited to the S2000: 100W to the front channel, 25W for rear fill and 250W for the sub. It uses JL's RIPS technology on the front and sub channels too so it will drive multiple speakers at a steady power output... handy if you are running multiple subs and don't want to overdrive them at too low an impedance. Its 250W sub channel is a perfect match to the JL Stealthbox too
The only problem is getting it into the car stealthily, PAS2knut has done a fine job with his whereas mine has removed the spare wheel.
Some pic's if you are interested: JL Audio install
You can hear the system clear as a bell even at 100+ mph with the top down
Very tuneful and balanced though, not just loud for the sake of noise

i was looking into the jl with great interest. only thing that's stopping me is the 25x2 for the rears. i'm running mb quart's high end woofer with the Nd magnet and it takes a lot of power to power them. i'm using a really old a/d/s right now but it isn't that stable. i'll check into the newer models.
