530T roll up windows & alarm problem
I wanted to install the 530T to my clifford alarm this weekend, but i ran into some problems. I don't know which wire i need to connect the unit. I would usually test all the wires, but in this case, because i'm dealing with a master switch, i have no clue what does what.
Can someone please help me out and tell me which wires of the master switch should connect to which wires of 530T.
On another note, before i installed my alarm, i wasn't able to unlock or lock the door with the remote (trunk either). I figured that once i install the alarm, this will probably take care of the problem, but still nothing. I was just wondering what i should do, where should i start my research? I know none of the fuses are blown... now its just figuring out where to look.
Can anybody help me out?

If you dont know what you are doing, take it to someone who does, no offense.
If you can still manually close the drivers door lock and the passenger locks as well, the problem should just be with the transmitter. At the keyless module directly behind the engine start button, there are two side by side empty spaces on the top row. These two empty spaces are the factory lock and unlock wires, albeit you have to add your own pins and wiring, which is very simple. I dont have my schematic in front of me, but I believe they are between a pink wire and yellow wire...cant remember the stripe colors but they are the only two side by side empty pin slots onthe top row of the harness.
You can hook up a simple piece of scrap wire with an inline fuse and test this yourself to see if the problem goes further than the factory transmitter not working. Scrap wire (thats plenty long), small 3 or 5 amp inline fuse of some type in the middle of the wire and with one end pushed into either of the empty slots on the keyless module, take the other end to a ground source. When I did mine I just used the outer lip of the acc. socket behind the e-brake.
If that still doesnt get the locks to work, your problems have now grown.
