6ft or 12ft rca cable

6ft or 12ft rca cable

would 6ft rca cable be long enough from the radio to the amp located in the spare tire compartment. I don't want to use 12ft and have too much wire unless I have to.

7.5ft-8ft if buying off the shelf just get 9 ft and make 1 "S" shape loop for slack
