thinking about getting rid of my Alpine type R 10" and going two 8" kicker L7's... anyone have this setup in their s2k? how does it sound?

 

I'll reply since no one else has...
I had 1 8" Kicker L7 in my S2000 mounted in the spare tire area (setup for sale too). I had it for 50,000 miles over the course of 8 years. I thought it shook the car too much compared to the actual volume output. A typical Kicker characteristic. Good for some, not for others. As for having 2... I found that I could only use half the volume of the 1 unless I wanted to listen to rattling with my music. As I've gotten older, I prefer sound over shaking and am currently designing a new setup.
