Default Accessory Outlet is not working?

Hello S2ki! I decided I would buy an fm transmitter but unfortunately my 12v accessory outlet is not working. I have a MY00 AP1. I've inspected the fuses under the driving column next to the pedals, and under the bonnet. None of them are blown! I've also tried replacing the accessory fuse with a brand new fuse and still nothing. My radio works fine but the outlet does not. Anybody have any solutions?

TL;DR My 12v accessory socket does not work but my radio does; help?

DId you check to make sure the outlet is connected?

Move the driver or passenger seat all the way forward. Remove the screws from the two hooks on the black panel (they look like clothing hooks). Then remove this panel. Now lift up the leather pad on the arm rest from the back. Remove the two screws on the bottom of the glove box underneath the pad. Now you should be able to move the plastic out enought to get a hand behind the plastic.

The DC adapter has a metal sleeve that for some reason likes to unscrew itself. Simple hold the outside portion of the DC adapter and screw the sleeve back on. Now replace all the screws in the reverse order you took them out.
