Default Radio problem I need help

I've got an aftermarket jvc cd player. It stopped work and I check the fuse and it was blown. I install a new fuse the guage cluster will light up as if the headlamps were on. Even with the key off. What I'm thinking is the radio power wire is back feeding into the radio illumination wire which is control by the headlamp switch which will illuminate the radio and cluster. Also my cig lighter stopped working which I think shares the same fuse. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. All my radio wiring is soderd and heat shrinked.

Thanks very much

somewhere in the mess with your radio and gauge illumination wires you have some sort of interference. and is your constant power you know they memory yellow wire hooked to your cigarette lighter? that would explain why its not working.
