I just purchased my S200 two days ago. I didn't add any optional equipment. I'm thinking about rear speakers and want to know how extensive a job is it. Is the vehicle pre wired or do I have to run wires from the radio to the rear speakers. I understand that adding the speakers is fairly straight forward, since there are OEM kits available to replace the rear panels. Can someone who has performed this job give me some ideas.

Here is a link to Lucid site. Just click for information. You will have to run speaker wire for the back, however, it is not difficult to do. If you want more information just PM Lucid and I'm sure he will help.

 

Definetly talk to lucid. I just installed my back speakers today, and it makes a world of difference. Not to mention his detailed instructions. You can have them up and running in no time.

 

RB, What did you install in back? New door speakers too? If so, what?

 

I don't know how much room is back there, but is it possible to put 8-10 inch subs, a la 350z?
