[cough]Alpine is ridiculously expensive[/cough] I know you pray to the Alpine Gods Mike, just trying to see if this will get the job done...I want to spend most of my $$$ building my motor, not on nav...but you keep pushing me in that direction.

Seriously, I dont know much about that piece, just make sure it has a built in Gyro, and speed sensor and it should be ok. And Navtech for software

I believe Navtech has the best navigation database around although the one in current Alpines are kinda old, they really need to update that DVD. Oh yeah Navtech is now NAVTEQ. NAVTEQ
Kenwood currently is using GDT data and Pioneer TeleAtlas data.
