I searched the electronics forum and found a guide, I thinkt he orange bullet went to the pink/black bullet on alpine harness and the blue one goes to the blue/white bullet on the harness.

 

Wired it all up yesterday guys and it works perfectly, I'm really happy with it! I see what you mean with limited space behind the HU now!

Anyway, I wired the Blue wire to switched live and the purple to mute and all is good.

Does anyone know the extra functions the 865B gives? Someone mentioned to me that a combo of console button pressing will perform extra functions than with the OEM stereo?
