Default alpine 9887 setting/gain

anyone know how get the most out of 9887 with 2 sets of component speakers? spod and my fronts... thanks..

any input will help/ setting etc.

amplifier!!! does wonders... even on factory speakers... many people are mistaken that an amplifier is just used for higher volumes... although there not 100% wrong... it gives you clarity as well.. a good 2 channel amp in an s2k to drive the two front components should be all you need... IMO...

Except, I would say a good 4-chan amp and active setup > 2-chan - regardless, amped door speakers are plenty for the S

I use my 9887's internal amp just for my OEM roll-hoop speakers. I agree that the best sound stage is from forward components so I have rear volume set for fill, just below noticeable.
