Default Door Speaker Fitment Question

Ok, i've been searching for an hour now to find out if a set of speakers I have lying around will fit the S2000.

First, I have a MY05. Stock speakers, Pioneer HU.

Speakers are Alpine TypeR SPR-17LS (6 1/2" - 16cm DIN)
These are from a couple years ago. They are pretty deep looking so i'm concerned if they will fit or not.

Mounting diameter is 6 1/2" (of course)

Depth is 2.2" without a spacer. If you make a spacer, add the height of the spacer to the mounting depth (i.e. 3/4" MDF spacer = 2.95" mounting depth)

I would make a spacer out of mdf either way for mounting purposes.

I can guarantee almost any 6.5" speaker will fit with a .75" spacer.

My speakers are about 3.5" deep and fit...
