alpine cda-105
so i'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to anything electronics related. i've been looking into the alpine cda-105: http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/p...p?model=CDA-105
i would like to retain all my dash controls and install without having to cut/splice any wires. is this all i would need to buy?
http://www.modifry.com/products/dci/buy.htm
-wired DCI harness
-PnP harness
thanks in advance! also, is there a good diy on this stuff?

with the PnP harness you will still need to splice in the DCI and the head unit but the PnP harness makes it SOOOO much easier, id never want to have to cut into the stock wiring.
only pain in the ass I ran into was fitting all the wire behind the head unit.. maybe cut the wire smaller?
as long as you got a good head on your shoulders its pretty straight forward if you follow the directions that come with each item. splice red wire to red wire, purple to purple n such

I believe the Modifry PnP harness for Alpine, as opposed to his plain
adapter harness, requires no splicing.
check out this thread for install info.
