I am considering the purchase of an Alpine CDA-105 head unit for my 2002 S2000. I just took a look at the Crutchfield web page and got the warning that I will not be able to close the radio door with a receiver that has a fold down face.

If I install this unit in my car will I be able to close the radio door? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

 

It works fine. They just mean when you have the face down to insert a CD. You'd have the door down to insert a cd anyway. LOL.

I have this head unit in my 02. no issues. get it.
