I remember some rumblings about Alpine coming out with an HU that maintains your dash controls. Is this true or is it just a rumor? Would be nice if it's true.

I've been trying to contact DJ Qube about his DCI, but he's been out of the loop. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've also heard this rumor, but Alpine won't release the '05 headunits until this spring so nobody really knows for sure.

I know they have the option in Europe already, I'm suprised it's not yet in the US market HUs.

I hope they do, but at the same time I hope they don't. The Modifry unit is a nice piece, and the DJ Qube piece is also extremely functional.

We'll just have to wait and see. The '05 headunits are also supposed to have better control of iPods, so I might be in the market for one.
