Alpine Dash Control Interface

The head unit is all in and working fine (wow) but I can't get the dash control interface working, anyone got any instructions on it?
Or any tips on installation, I am probably missing something obvious.

did you connect the blue and pink/black wires on the KCE to the corresponding wires on the Alpine loom? Aside from those 2 it just plugs between the alpine loom and the S2000 one.
