I need to decide which HU and front speakers I want to upgrade to. I am looking for one that can interface with an Ipod through the KCA-420i Adapter and interface too the stock controls thorugh the DCI unit.

Here are my HUs that I am debating over:
Alpine CDA-9847
Alpine CDA-9851

Which one is better for Ipod quality? Which one is easier to install? Which one is easier to interface with aftermarket alpine speakers? Do I need a wiring harness for any of these? Any other comments/concerns with these?

I am also looking to replace my stock front speakers. My choices are:
Alpine SPS-170A
Alpine SPR-17LP
Alpine SPR-17LS

I want something that has great sound quality yet doesnt require any custom cutting into the door panel. Which one is the best to use with the stock wiring? Do I need to get any aftermarket wire or harness for any of these speakers?

I do not plan on having an amp or a sub in my car. I am new to this and will attempt to do the install by my self. I wanted to get components that can be readily available through Best Buy so it is easy if I have any problems.

Also if anyone has any other options that they think are better in the same price range, please feel free to recommend. Thank you in advance for helping me out.
