That's nice man. I got a deck with an ipod connection as well. I haven't yet figured out where I want it mounted yet, but that looks like an ideal spot to put mine. How difficult was it to route the ipod cable all the way back there? Any help for my install would be greatly appreciated

 

It's actually pretty simple tbh. Just pull up the centre console and then just in-front of the SRS unit is a small gap, feed the wire through there then just follow the existing wires to the secret compartment. I used tie wraps to keep it a very clean install. I then put the seats forward to take off both panels so i could un-screw a lot of the fixtures so i could manipulate the secret compartment to feed the wire through.

I then drilled a big enough hole to fit the cable through and made a slight slit in the piece of carpet thing so that it would cover it all up and look pro. Then just put the car back together... didn't take too long, around an hour MAX and that was because it was my first time disassembling the interior.
