Default Alpine KTP Amp

Was curious if anyone had any feedback the PnP Ktp-445(?) amp that puts out 45w rms? I saw it was pretty reasonably price and very simple install, and was interested in this once i put in the the head unit.

A few of us have it. It works as advertised and is an easy install. Just get speakers rated to match for a good, reasonabley priced setup. There was a lot of discussion about this a year or two back, so you can search for it.

Would probably be pretty good on a pair of Polk DB651s or similar coaxials.

It has been discussed before. It is easy to install and offers some improvement. If you're looking for major improvement I'd suggest a real amp.

A little weak, but they should sound alright. I recommend turning the crossover down as the tweeters up high in the door panel are a bit bright.

Have it, definite improvement. Works great for my setup. If you want real power though, as stated, get a full amp.
