Hi,

Have not been here since the "early days" of this site. But remember how knowledgeable and helpful all you folks are. My question is: I have an Alpine CDA-7878 mp3 dash unit in my baby., but have never been able to use the dash controls. There was always talk about an adaptor coming out, but I never heard specifically which mfr. Is it possible to still use the dash radio controls with this unit? What's the latest?

i'm not familiar w/ the CDA 7878, but you're probably looking for something like this Dash Control Interface (DCI) that Lucid sells. i'd check to make sure the 7878 is compatible, but i have one and can only praise it's abilities and effectiveness.
