Amp wire through the firewall?

Default Amp wire through the firewall?

I put this off but have to do this next week.
If a hole must be drilled , where is an ideal place? TIA. Jack

i put a 4ga power wire through the driver side wire harness, under the clutch res.

There's a wire harness under the battery that goes through the firewall. It's tight to reach under there, but I was able to do so without removing the battery. I used a long, thin, screwdriver to puncture the boot, then simply pushed the wire through from the engine compartment side. USE CAUTION so you DO NOT damage the wire harness!!

Yea I did the passenger side as well. I didn't puncture the boot though I just took off the tape and the wire went through no problem.
