I was considering adding this to my system. Where did you locate the module and how did you wire it with the 2 power feeds?

SuperAutoBacs installed mine under the slanted section of the passenger footwell. This made just a slight bump 1/2" or so up in an area of the footwell, NOT generally in play.

Since they did the install, I'm NOT sure how it's wired.

I haven't bought one yet.....

After reading the reviews of the T500 model, I've decided to wait until the T550 is released and reviewed. The new model is expected to come out late May and be in the $200 price range. There were too many usability issues reported for my liking which is common for an early generation product. Hopefully the next version will be improved.

Thanks for the reply, I will consider that location. Based on the wiring diagram it made sense to put it up front.

How are you liking HD radio and the operation of the unit? Do you have the T500 model?

For the price of HD radio, you can have XM or Sirius for almost 3 years. I wouldn't spend the money on it, but that's just me.

P.S. I'm the type of guy that likes to have all the toys he can shove in a car, and I still don't want it.

I have a 6CD changer (never use it), DVD player, Ipod, Iphone, XM, Navigation, and NavTraffic in my car, so it's not like I am short on equipment. I actually never really leave my ipod setting. I have everything I can think of music wise on my ipod, so I have no reason to switch.
