I recently added rear speakers to my 01 AP1. The problem is that in the process I lost the Dash controls. At first it wasn't a problem but now it keeps bothering me in my head.

I added the rear speakers by adding a metra harness to put an aftermarket radio with another metra to come back from aftermarket to oem. Everything worked except the Dash controls. Of course, the metra weren't designed specifically for the S2000. It was design for a range of Hondas of the same year. I guess the best rout would be to add the rear speakers to the oem plug and forget about the metra harness?

 

Yes unpin four wires from the metra harness and use those in the stock plug.
