Baffle question
Well, I finally got the nuts and got my system ordered. All parts should be here before friday. Here is my setup.
Alpine 9827
Alpine MRV-T420 V12 Amp 110/rms X 2
Alpine SPX-177A Components
Monster cable for all wiring purposes
Lucid's Door speaker adapter kit, baffles, depth kit, and radio harness
Total cost was around $650.00 and its all new stuff, nothing used.
Anyhow, my question is, I've read mixed reviews about using baffles. Some say you need to cut the backing out of them, while others say leave them intact. Does anyone have the SPX-177A components with baffles installed? Any suggestions are appreciated.
