Hardwired V1 with a K40 laser jammer.

You'll love the arrows about as much as you love driving fast.

I have the Cobra..not sure the model but it's the next to most expensive..the most expensive one speaks to you "K alert!" with a terrible voice that after about 50 "K alerts" sounds like "Wawawawat" so I just got the one that beeps. I like it a lot..I've had two speeding tickets but they both didn't right them up as speeding tickets they just gave me violations so I had to pay fines but they didn't go on my record. Lucky Me!!! (84 in a 55 on PA turnpike) & (58 in a 35 in Portsmouth, NH...this one was hilarious..I was pulling out of a dealership that I was looking at suv's...I did my best 0-58..the second I shifted to third the Cobra went nuts!!!)

When you know you're getting pulled over best bet is just to rip the chord out of the cigarette lighter so it shuts the funk up!

K40 is one of the best. I had a K40 installed so all you could see is the light, and it was cut into the dash, the unit was hidden in the ashtray compartment (not an s2000). That is the best way to do it without the cops knowing you have one.

I have a SR7 remote mount. It is mounted in the panel below the radio door and there is an led in the dash. Most people don't even notice it. So far no tickets...knock on wood. It seems to have a great range of advanced warning.

I used to always think that the V1 was the best detector(my brother had one), but I now have an X50 in my car and this thing is great. It has saved me out of at least 10 tickets driving to and from school last semester. This thing picks up radar so far back that you think its broken and then you will see up the road that there is a cop sitting there or a speed trap. What I like most about it is that it picks up radar so gradually starting with one bar and slowly working up to full, unlike some others that just get hit all at once. It gives you plenty of warning to slow down and its definately worth the price that they go for.

I love my V1. But, I only use it on long distance trips. I don't drive fast in town... going with the flow of traffic is good enough in the city.
