Hi all,

Can I add an amp and a sub with the stock h.u.? My car has 2 rear speakers? Does the stock h.u. have enough power for this?

Lucid sells a nice little pre-wired adaptor that taps into the unused rear outs on the stock head unit.

 

In addition you will want to select an amp with "High-Level" or "Speaker-Level" inputs. Or alternately you can use a line-level converter to convert Speaker Level (high) to RCA level (low) signal. My preference would be to select an Amp with High-Level inputs
