Default Can I keep the factory CD Changer???

i know this has been covered, but i can't seem to find a definitive answer. I have seen people say that you can, but nobody knows exactly how.

Question is: I just purchased an Alpine cdm-7871 head unit. it is the mbus type. I specifically bought this one instead of the ai-net in hopes of using my factory cd changer. Is there an adapter of some sort that i can use to plug my factory cd changer into my alpine mbus unit. If so, where can i get it and do i have to swap some pins?

I can't offer much help, but I know how frustrating it is when you get no response. I am fairly sure that the Honda (Alpine) changer is capable of being used. I don't know where to get the adapter, but I do know it is just a couple of pins. You could probably find the wiring diagram and put a new connector on the wire yourself.
