Can I shut off the odometer??
Open hood.....
Find Wires.....
Cut all the wires......
Odometer probly wont work.........
Its illegal, stupid, and most of all if you dont know what you are doing.....(which you OBVIOUSLY dont....) then just deal with it.
Just to educate you......
1. NEVER POST SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON A PUBLIC FORUM.....
2. The odememter on your dash is just a display, even if you can stop that, there are (in new cars) at LEAST 2 more locations where the mileage is stored. So please dont swim in 9 foot water if you cant tread in 2 feet.

It's not impossible to disable the speedometer, but Honda makes it difficult.
The speed sensor signal goes into the speedometer FIRST, where the speedometer modifies the signal, changes the frequency, and then sends the modified signal out to other circuits in the car.
Some of those circuits you may not care about (Cruise Control) but some others like power steering you might not want disabled. I know for a fact the power steering will flat quit if it does not see the proper speed signal. I had it happen while I was playing with the speedometer signal a while back.
I also would be surprised if the ECM didn't track total mileage internally. That would be hard to explain when you turn the car in.
And while I'm sure I could fake out the other devices in the car, it's just not my style. Heck, I'm proud of the fact that I just made 90k in 36 months of ownership.
