Ok, as I mentioned in my previous post, my side mirrors won't tilt up or down due to a bad switch or wiring problem. Can I move them manually without breaking them? I pushed on them a little and they don't seem to move at all and I'm afraid I might break the mechanism if I apply too much force.

 

Yes you can move them by hand I just wouldn't do it to many times.
