Default Car stereo

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can offer some sound advice please? The OEM stereo fitted in my 04 S2000 is almost dead! I want to purchase a new one that has bluetooth connection for my phone and ability to connect my ipod as well BUT one that will also allow use of the current on dash stereo controls. I'm not too fussed about brand but ideally would like info on the better trusted brands. Even better would be if it also had the capability to allow my honda CD changer to remian connected also but this is not crucial.

Have been in touch with two local car audio specialists both to no avail. The first guy kept me waiting three months for a dension ice kit (when the current car stereo was still working ok) and then told me they weren't available anymore and the second couldn't advise me on what would be compatible with my current on dash controls! I need a new stereo urgently but don't know where to turn for advice!

I'm based in Essex. Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance.

Get yourself a supported head unit and Modifry's DCI, set aside some time to hook them up, and enjoy proper top-down audio.

Oh, and you better replace the door speakers, too. I have nothing but positive things to say about Infinity Reference components, except that if money were no thing I'd also pair them with an amp. They're fine running as-is off of my Pioneer DEH-P6000UB (which has native iPod support, and one or two steps up in the model chain has built-in Bluetooth capability) but they could certainly do more if I pushed them properly.
