I'm looking for a new HU for my s, and I came across this deck. Does anyone have any experiences with it? I like that the iPhone 3G seems to work properly with it, and from a specs perspective it seems like a decent deck. I'd like to get some personal opinions before I drop the money on it, though.

Any help is appreciated.

 

Also, I had an Alpine deck with a wired Modifry DCI(with the P&P harness) before. The little bag the DCI came in said it was for Alpine, Kenwood, JVC & Clarion. If I switch to one of those other brands, do I just need to splice the deck's pigtail into the P&P harness from the Alpine and change some dip switches, or do I need a different harness altogether?
