car wont start after head unit install

Default car wont start after head unit install

just finished installing my sony dsx s300 a couple hours ago.. went out to the garage to move my car and car wont turn over and starts clicking.. lights and radio come on but car wont start.. please advise! ..all apologies for my lack of knowledge

Sounds like a dead battery to me

that was my first guess.. but i figured id ask.. dont have jumpers so i hve some time.. thanks!

Make sure your battery cables are tight on the posts

i checked.. never disconnected the battery or anything though so they are as they were prior to the install.. hoping that i just killed my battery by having my doors open and having the radio on while the car was off..

jumped it and everythings fine.. starts normally now.. this can be closed! thanks!
