Cellular Headsets while the top is down

on the Sony HBH-65. People can barely hear me, and I have to push the headset hard against my ear to hear them. This is with the top up!

While I really wanted to like this headset, I would recommend NOT to spend your money on it.

My headset is paired with a Siemens S56.

I have a buletooth Nokia car kit.. which doesn't work well with the top down.. but excellent with the top up...
