I'm in the middle of installing my system & I had a quick question about some of the wiring.

First, it seems like there are 2 direct battery connections required, one titled "Memory Back-up Lead" with a 15V fuse on it and a second line titled "Bus Power Lead" with a 3V fuse on it. My question with these two wires is can I just solder the two together and run a single 10 awg (fused) line to them from the battery? Doing this of course, I wouldn't use the yellow 12V battery constant on the wire harness.

Second, for the remote lead to my amplifiers, do I just tap into the blue/white remote turn-on from the wire harness or is there somewhere else I should be connecting this?

Lastly, the unit has a wire for a cell phone mute, is there any way I can use this?
