I guess theres a bad batch of 03' headlights out there because the HID will not cause this. It has to be b/c of a bad batch of headlights. I've only heard of a few of these. The only thing I can think of is that the HIDs are adding to the problem in this case because of the bad paint job in the headlights, but the HIDs will not cause the problem.
